(2) The main body of the control system is composed of programmable controller photoelectric and position detector to achieve coordinated control of the entire packing machine. With a touch screen panel, the entire system is easy to operate, fully functional, and easy to repair and maintain.

Main structural functions of the equipment:

(1) Quantitative packing machine: used for measuring materials, using gravity gravity flow to measure materials in a fast and slow feeding manner. The opening size is adjustable, and the speed and accuracy can be adjusted.

(2) Automatic bag feeding machine: The bag tray can store 100 empty bags, divided into two batches: front and rear. The suction cup bag picking device supplies bags to the equipment. The photoelectric induction switch detects the bags, enabling the batch to automatically move forward to the appropriate bag picking position after the previous batch is used up.

(3) Bag moving device: moves empty bags from the bag tray to the waiting area to be opened.

(4) Automatic bag loading component: Open the empty bag and clip it onto the bag holder through a robotic arm.

(5) Automatic sealing component: Automatic sealing is realized through photoelectric induction switch.
