Description:
The bag given packing machine has a wide range of applications, it can be used for paper-plastic composite pre-made bags, plastic composite pre-made bags, aluminum-plastic composite pre-made bags, PE composite pre-made bags, etc., with advantage of low loss of packing materials, perfect packing pattern and good sealing effect.
The bag given packing can also realize automatic packing of particles, powders, blocks, toys, hardware and other products.
Structure and characteristics:
Automation: controlled by PLC, automatic branch transportation of
materials, automatic hoisting, first general feeding then vibrate
to replenish feeding and weighing, getting the bag by manual, then
finish filling, conveying, manual clean up the bag mouth for
machine sealing.
The big hopper branch the materials for general feeding and
compensation feeding.
High precision: Innovative and practical bearing force transmission
structure, correct the tolerance, overshoot detection and
suppression, high speed and high precision.
Simple operation: unique bagging, special bag clasp design,
unloading the bags when finish packing, all in fast speed.
The weighers are enclosed by quick-release door for dust, easy to
clean. SUS304 stainless steel for contacting part, the whole design
correspond to the GMP requirements.
