The system consists of an automatic brick unloading system, conveying system, grouping system, automatic stacking system, and automatic belt strapping & packing system, all controlled by high-end PLC, and its console adopts mainstream HMI touching screen in automation field, which could meet various unloading and packing requirements in the market.

1. Adapt to various bricks: standard bricks, KP1 bricks and
insulation bricks and others.
2. Automatically configured forklift holes, the location and size
of which are adjustable based on different brick types;
3. Horizontal and vertical strapping methods can be selected
freely.
4. Customized pallet-free and pallet-cycling production systems
according to client and brick type requirements.
