Description

The DCS-50 packing machine is a new generation of intelligent packing

machines, suitable for various granular and powdered materials, such asizers,

chemicals, seeds, feed, and other loose materials for metering and packing as

well as sewing process after packing. This equipment is an integrated quantitative

packing that combines filling, metering, sealing, packing, and conveying. This

machine mainly performs quantitative packing of 10 kg, 15 kg, 5 kg, and 50 kg.

The equipment features reasonable structure, beautiful design, stable operation,

energy saving, ease of use, and accurate weighing.

When the equipment is powered on and running, the motor drives the pulley to rotate

at high speed, creating a vacuum in the packing's discharge mechanism. At the

same time, due to the weight of the material at the inlet, the material leaks into the inlet,

and then is discharged from outlet to complete a full packing process. At this point,

when the material bag is full and its weight reaches the pre-set weight (which can be

adjusted by weights or setting an automatic controller), the signal from the limit switch or

sensor will provide feedback for comparison. At this point, the solenoid valve will operate

closing the outlet, stopping the filling, and then the bag will be automatically dropped by

the automatic bag-dropping device or the clamping device at the pocket will loosened,

and the bag will be manually dropped.

they perform rapid and slow filling according to the-set weight.

3. The servo motor drives the turntable to rise and fall, the lifting can be set arbitrarily,

and there is basically no dust pollution during filling.

4. The servo motor and servo drive control the screw, which is stable in performance

high in accuracy.
